A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO CHANGE
CERTAIN LOTS FROM RESIDENTIAL TO SHOPPING CENTRE USE.
WHEREAS the owner has requested, and it is agreed by Council, that
certain lots in Plans 489 and 492 should be set aside for Shopping
Centre use;
AND WHEREAS the whole of Plans 489 and 492, excepting Lot 1, in
Plan 4489 have been restricted to residential use;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering that:
1. Lots 22, 23 and 24 in Plan 489, and Lots 91 and 27 in Plan
492, now restricted to residential use, and unsold by subdividers,
be and they are hereby restricted to Shopping Centre use.
2. All buildings erected on said lots shall be set back 50 feet
from the lot line on which they front to provide for off-street
parking.
?. 3. No dwelling houses or apartments may be erected on said lots
unless they are erected on lots of 15,000 square feet without
Municipal water, or 7500 square feet with Municipal water.
4. This By-Law shall become effective on approval of the Depart-
ment of Planning and Development.
