prov=es that By-Laws ;nay be Passed by the Councils of Local `l'unicipa-
lities "For Prohibitin;*, the Erection of a Luilding or Stricture for
Residential or Com?ercial Purposes on land, where by reason of its
rocky, low-lying, marshy or unstable character, the cost of constru-
ction of satisfactory waterworks, se,rra?,e, or draina;e facilities is
prohibitive.
BE IT TK,ERdFOR ENAC':'h;D by the ;r?unici,.al Council of the Township of
Pickerin:
1. THAT the Building; Inspector shall have
