Of The Corporation of the To,ship of P~ckering
BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE AN AGHEEHENT BETWEEN THE COHPOHATIONS OF THE TOWNSHIPS
OF HAH~A~ AND PICKEHING, FOR THE HAINTENANCE AND HEPAIH OF THE HIGHWAY
FOHHING A BOUNDAHY BET~EEH THE SAID COHPOHATIONS.
WI/EBEAS the said Corporations are desirous o£ entering into an Agreement
for the maintenance of the portions of the boundary road between the two
Townships and ta ye agreed as noted and set forth in the annexed Agreement.
BE, IT, THEHEFORE, .ENACTED by the Council of the ~orporation of the Township
of Picketing:
THAT this Corporation forth~th enter into the annexed agreement with the
Corporation of the Township of Harkham, and that the P~eve and Clerk of
this Corporation be hereby instructed, authorized and required to execute
the said Agreement for and on behalf of this Corporation and to affix the
Seal of this Corporation thereto.
