Numbers 34 and 35 in the First, ilan-e of the Broken Front Concession of
the Township of Pickeri.n, which extends from Lake Ontario is a nortli-
erly direction to a point on it line with the northerly limit of Vie
lands of the Canadian National ilailways on the said Lots Vrmbers 34
and 35, at the present time i.s ant open for public travel, and it is

A BY-LAW TO OPEN UP FOR PUBLIC TRAVRL THE SOUTHERLY PART OF THE ORIGINAL
ALUWANCR FOR ROAD BETWEEN LOTS NUMBERS 34 AND 35 IN THE FIRST RANGE OF
THE BROKEN FRONT COKCBSSION OF THE. TOWNSHIP OF PICKMING.
UHURFAS that portion of the original allowance for road between Lots
Numbers 34 and 35 in the First Range or the Broken Front Concession of
the Township of Pickering which extends from Lake Ontario in a north-
erly direction to a point on a line with the northerly limit of the
lands of the Canadian National Railways on the said Lots Numbers 34
and 35, at the present time is not open for public travel, and it is
deemed desirable that the same should be made available to the public
as affording convenient aeco ss to the said lake;

1. THAT the portion of the said original allowance for road between Lots
Numbers 34 and 35 in the First Range of the Broken Front Concession
of the Township of Pickering which extends from Lake Ontario in a
northerly direction to a point on a line with the northerly limits
of the lands of the Canadian National Railways on the said Lots
N Numbers 34 and 35 be forthwith opened out for public travel and in
future maintained as a public highway.
2. THAT all persons having obstructions of any kind on the said portion
of original allowance for road be required to remove the same there-
from not later than the 1st day of October, 1926, and that the Can-
adian National Railways be requested to Instal a proper crossing
over their tracks crossing the said portion of original allowance
for road, so as to afford an open and good passage for carriages
and other vehicles passing over said tracks on said allowance for
road, and to complete the installation of such crossing not later
than the lot day of October, 1926.
3. THAT the Clerk of this Corporation be hereby instructed to give
early notice of the passing of this By-Law to all persons having
obstructions as aforesaid on the aforesaid portion of original allow-
ance for road and to the said Canadian National Railways.
