BY-LAW FOR THE STOPPING UP AND SALE OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ORIGINAL ALLOW-
ANCES FOU ROAD IN T11E TOWNSHIP OF PICKHRING.
MEE'REAS the portions of ori.ri.nal allowances for road hereinafter described
are not regnured for road Durposes and it is deemed expedient that they
shoul;t be stopped up and closed as public hi,-hways and sold;
IT IS TUEREF011E ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering:
1. The followinm portions of original allowances for roads in the Township
of Pickering be and the same are hereby stopped up and closed as
public highways, and each of the same is hereby declared to be no
l on rer a public hi r-bway, that is to say:
(1) The portion of the original allowance for road between Lots
Numbers 32 and 33 in the Second Mange of the Broken Front Conc-
ession of the saiti Township which lies to the south of the centre
line of the River Hou,,e, said centre line of river bein in
the year 1920 180 feet south of the southerly limit of the
aforesaid allowance for road between the Second and Third Hange
of the Broken Front Concession.
(?) The portion of the orindnal. allowance. for road between Lots
:4umbers 30 and 3t in the rourth Concession of said Township
which lies to the south of the centre line of Dnffin's Creek.
(3) The portion of the on -i.nal allowance for road between Lots
Ni w be 1 re,t 34 and 3 in the .?m.rtd. Concession of said Toxntsliip
whit%i lies to the south of a point 80 rots south froia the
northern limit of said ori.(,Jnal allowance for road.

BY-LILW FOR THE STOPPING UP AND SAIR OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ORIGINAL ALLOW-
ANCSS FOR ROAD IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
AULMU the portions of original allowances for road hereinafter described
are not required for road purposes and it is deemed expedient that they
should be stopped up and closed as public highways and scud;
IT IS THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Piokeringi
Is The following portions of original allowances for roads in the Township
of Pickering be and the sane are hereby stopped up and closed as
public highways, and each of the sash is hereby declared to be no
longer a public highway, that is to says
(1) The portion of the original allowance for road between Lots
Numbers 38 and 33 in the Second Range of the Broken Front Conc-
ession of the said Township which lies to the south of the centre
line of the River Rouge, said centre line of river being in
the year 1920 190 feet south of the southerly limit of the
aforesaid allowance for road between the Second and Third Range
of the Broken Front Concession.
(2) The portion of the original allowance for road between tots
Numbers 30 and :1 in the Fourth Concession of said Township
which lies to the south of the centre line of Duffints Creek.
(3) The portion of the original allowance for road between Lots
Numbered 34 and 35 in the Fourth Concession of said Township
which lies to the south of a point 80 rods south from the
northern limit of said original allowance for road.
(4) The port on of the original allowance for road between Lots
32 and 33 in the Fifth Concession of the said Township which
lies north of a point 15 chains south from the northern limit
of said original allowance for road.
2. When this By-Law shall have boon duly confirmed and approved, the
said portion of original allowance for roads shall be sold in manner
as directed and required by law and for prices respectively that shall
be satisfactory to the Council of this Corporations and on sale thereof
or any of then shall be by deed conveyed to the respective purohasers.
3. This By-Law shall coma into faros and take effect at once after it
shall have been confirmed by the Council of the Corporation of the
County of Ontario and received the approval of the Lieutenant Governor
in Council.

public highways, and each of the same is hereby declared to be no
longer a public highway, that is to say:
