Corporation on Plans M-11 to
M-20 inclusive.
WHEREAS ~he Township entered in~o an agreemen~ wi~h
Crusader Develnpmen~ Corporation Limited da~ed the 27th day
of April, 1959, which aGreemen~ was amended September 25~h,
1959, for ~he servicinG and subdivision of certain lands
registered aS Plans M-ii ~o M-20 inclusive;
AhD WHEREAS ~he municipal services required under
~he said aGreemen~ have been constructed to the satisfaction
of ~he Township Engineer excep~ for ~hose lands now registered
as Plans M-105 and M-lO6 and ~he Township has agreed ~o accep~
~he services as constructed for maintenance.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWb~HIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Tha~ all municipal services constructed by the
developer within registered plans M-11 to M-20 inclusive,
excep~ ~he lands now registered as plans M-lO5 and M-lO6,
are hereby accepted for maintenance by the Township.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in
open Council this /7~ day of November, 1969.
