Being a By-law to amend By-Law 3712
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 3712 is hereby amended byleting all

reference to s insofar as a prohibition of
same as enacted by By-law 3712 affects the lands
described in Schedule "All attached hereto and forming
a part of this By-law.
2. No part of this By-law shall come into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but,
subject to such approval, this by-law shall take
effect from the passing thereof.
Read a First, Second and Third Time vand PASSED in open
Council this g day of aeCSn 'A.D., 1970.
SCHEDULE "All
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickering
and County of Ontario and being composed of:
FIRSTLY:
That part of Lot 18 in Range 3 of Broken Front Concession of
the said Township, which is more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a point in the westerly limit of said Lot 18
where it is intersected by a line drawn parallel to the
northerly limit of said Lot 18 distant 17 feet southerly there-
from measured perpendicularly thereto;
Thence easterly along the said parallel line a distance of
197.25 feet;
Thence southerly parallel to the said westerly limit a distance
of 344.71 feet more or less to a point In the said parallel
line distant 367.71 feet measured southerly therealong from
the said northerly limit of Lot 1$;
Thence westerly parallel to the said northerly limit of Lot 18
a. distance of 197.25 feet to the said westerly limit of Lot 18;
Thence northerly along the said westerly limit a distance
of 344.71 feet to the point of commencement.
SECONDLY :
That part of Lot 19 in the First Concession of the said Township
more particularly described as follows:
Premising that the northern limit of Bayly Street as widened
has an assumed bearing of North 72 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds
East and relating all bearings herein thereto;
Commencing at a.point.in the interior of said Lot which may
be located as follows:

Beginning at the south eastern angle of said Lot;
Thence North 17 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds West, along the
eastern limit of said Lot, 17.00 feet to an iron bar;
Thence South 72 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds West, along the
northern limit of Bayly Street as widened, 17.00 feet to an
iron bar;
Thence North 17 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds West, along a
line parallel to and perpendicularly, distant 17.00 feet
westerly from the eastern limit of said Lot, 34.85 feet
herein after called point ItAol;
Thence South 72 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West, 10.00
feet to the point of commencement marked by an iron bar;

original eastern limit of said Lot;
Thence South 17 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East, along
the last described parallel line, 208.36 feet more or less
to the point of commencement;

The above described parcel contains by admeasurement 1.282
acres more or less.
THIRDLY:
That part of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, in the
said Township, and which said parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 1.388 acres be the same more or less, is more
particularly described as follows:
Premising the easterly limit of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken
Front Concession, has an assumed bearing of North 17 degrees
09 minutes, 00 seconds West and relating all bearings herein
thereto;
Commencing at a survey monument in the interior of Lot 19,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, which may be located as
follows:
Starting at the northeast corner of Lot 19, Range 3, B.F.C.;
Thence South 17 degrees, 09 minutes East along the Easterly
limit of Lot 19, Range 3, B.F.C., 330.00 feet to a point;
Thence South 73 degrees, 03 minutes, 10 seconds West 83.29
feet to a point;
Thence South 72 degrees, 37 minutes, 40 seconds West 1.45 feet
to a survey nomument, said monument being the point of commence-
ment;
Thence North 33 degrees, 13 minutes, 50 seconds West along the
westerly limit of the lands dedicated as public highway by
By-law No. 3533 and registered in the Registry Office for the
County of Ontario as Instrument No. 171521, a distance of 91.22
feet to a survey monument;
Thence North 17 degrees, 09 minutes West continuing along the
westerly limit of the lands described in Instrument Number
171521, 165.19 feet to a survey monument;

Thence North 62 degrees, 15 minutes, 40 seconds West 70.57
feet to the intersection with a line drawn parallel to and
distant 27.00 feet southerly and perpendicularly from the
northerly limit of Lot 19, Range 3, B.F.C., said intersection
being marked by a survey monument;
Thence South 72 degrees, 37 minutes, 40 seconds West along
the last described parallel line 150.00 feet to a survey
monument;
Thence South 17 degrees, 09 minutes East 303.00 feet to a
survey monument;
Thence North 72 degrees, 37 minutes, 40 seconds East 225.27
feet to the point of commencement.
