THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING

BY-LAW NUMBER
being a by-law to assume certain
road allowances on registered
plan 331, and dedicate the said
lands as public highways.
WHEREAS Blocks N, O, P, Q and R on plan 331 axe 66
foot strips of land laid out for road allowances on plan 331;
AMID WHEREAS there are one foot Reserves at the
westerly end of Block R and the northerly end of Blocks 0, P
and R on which there have been constructed roads connecting
with roads in other subdivisions;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to assume the
Toads as constructed as public highways and to dedicate the
aforesaid lands as public highways;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION CF TIE
TOWNSHIP OF PICK-1-RING ENACTS AS FOLUMS:
1. Those parcels of land in the Township of Pickering
in the County of Ontario and being all of Blocks N and O and
the one foot Reserve at the northerly end of Block O as shown
on a plan registered in the Registry Office fox the Registry
Division of the County of Ontario as number 331, are hereby
dedicated as a public highway to be known as Marksbury Road.
2. All of Blocks Q and P andthe one foot Reserve at the
northerly end oP Block P as shown on said plan 331 are hereby
dedicated as a public highway to be known as Victory Drive.
3. That part of Block R lying between a line drawn
parallel to the easterly limit of Lots 108 to 114 inclusive
and distant easterly 66 feet therefrom and the said easterly
limit of Lots 108 to 114 inclusive;and the one foot Reserve
lying between Lots 88 and 114, all as shown on said plan 331,
are hereby dedicated as a public highway to be known as
Hillview Crescent.
4. That part of Block R lying south of Lot 127;
that part of Block R lying between a line drawn parallel to \

the easterly limit of Lots 128 to 141 inclusive and distant
easterly 66 feet therefrom and the said easterly limit of Lots
128 to 141 inclusive;and the one foot Reserve lying between
Lots 115 to 141 inclusive, all as shown on said plan 331, are
hereby dedicated as a public highway to be known as llillcrest
Road.
5. That part of Block R lying between a line drawn
parallel to the southerly limit of Lots 83, 92, 110, 119 and
137 and distant southerly 66 feet therefrom and the said
southerly limit of Lots 83, 92, 110, 119 and 137; and the one
foot Reserve lying between Lots 136 and 137, all as shown on
said plan 331, ate hereby dedicated as a public highway to
be known as Oklahoma Drive.
