WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering deems it desirable to amend the provisions
of By-law 3036 as amended, pursuant to the provisions
of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, Section 35, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering enacts as follows:
A. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 3036 be and the same is
hereby amended by altering the Rural Agricultural
zone "A" designation of Plans 558 and 614 to read
"One Family Detached Dwelling - Third Density
Zone 11R3111, as shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
B. That By-law 3036 be and the same is hereby amended only
to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this by-law.
C. No part of this by-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval the By-law shall take effect from the date
of passing thereof.
