certain lands as a public
highway.
WHEREAS the lands described in Schedule "A" annexed
hcigto ,Jere conveyed to The Corporation of the Township of
Pickering for road widening purposes to satisfy conditions of
the Committee of Adjustment to be fulLi]lc: by Jack Jacobsen
Cnnatruet4c" Lim;ted prior to the granting of a consent to
convey abutting landsand it is necessary to dedicate the said
landsas public highways so that the abutting lands will have
frontage on a public highway.
NON THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATTON OF THE
TOWNSHTP OF PTCKF_RING ENACTS AS FOINOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed
be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in
open Council this /5 4 day of November 1971.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel. or tract of land and premises
situate lying and being in the Towanc-hip of Piclscring, in the
County of Ontar c and being compo?;cd of that part of Lot 10 in the
5th Concession of th- -aid Trn:r.=hi-p described as follc^--:
FREMTSIIN3 the easterly limit of Crecu:;;;od Road is established by
instrument No. 2415 (By-Law 309) to have a bearing of North 19
degrees 1 minute 30 seconds West and relating all bearings
herein thereto; then
COMMENCING at a point in said Lot 10 which may be located as

145.20 feet easterly thereon from the northwest angle of said
