THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER O 7 o
Being a By-law to dedicate part of
Lot 35 in Range II, Broken Front
Concession, as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering and it
is deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands
as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A:
hereto annexed be and the same are hereby
dedicated as a public highway.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate lying and being in the Township of
Pickering, in the County of Ontario, and being composed
of part of Lot 35, in the second Range of the Broken
Front Concession of the Township of Pickering, more
particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the Easterly limit of the road allowance
between the Townships of Pickering and Scarborough has
a bearing of North Sixteen degrees Fifty-five minutes
West (16° 55' W.) relating all bearings herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the Westerly limit of said Lot
35 where an iron pipe has been planted at a distance of
One Thousand four hundred and seventy-six feet four and
one-half inches (1,476' 4-1/2") measured Southerly
therealong from the North-west angle of the said Lot;
THENCE Southerly along the Westerly limit of said Lot
35, Two hundred and fifty-six feet four and one-half
inches (256' 4-1/2") to an iron pipe planted in the
said Westerly limit;
THENCE North Seventy-three degrees thirteen minutes
East (73° 13' E) Ten feet (10') to a point in a line
drawn parallel to and distant ten feet (101) measured
Easterly at right angles to the Westerly limit of said
Lot 35;
THENCE Northerly along said parallel line two hundred
and fifty-six feet four and one-half inches (256' 4-1/2") more or
less
to a point in a line of a fence;
THENCE South Seventy-three degrees five minutes East
(73° 5" E.) along said line of fence Ten feet (10') more
or less to the point of commencement.
