BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law to authorize the signing of
an agreement between the Township of
Pickering and the Ontario County Board
of Education.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
and the Ontario County Board of Education are desirous
of co-operating in the construction and maintenance of
a swimming pool to be located on the Dunbarton High
School site;
AND WHEREAS the Township of Pickering and the Ontario
County Board of Education agree to enter into an
agreement setting out their mutual covenants;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute said agreement.
BY-LAW read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
this 15th day of November, 1971.
