BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the
Reeve and Clerk to sign an Agreement
dated September 8, 1971, between
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Connor Sand and Gravel.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to sign
an Agreement dated September 8, 1971, between
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
and Connor Sand and Gravel, said Agreement will
permit the use of the Valley Farm Road for
purposes of vehicular traffic carrying granular
material in access of gross weight restrictions
as prescribed for a Class B. highway under the
Highways Traffic Act of Ontario or the Municipal
Act.
