Being a by-law to authorize the
execution by the Reeve and Clerk
of an Agreement between the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Don Empey, Ajax
Floor and Rug Service.
WHEREAS by Resolution #256/71, Council have authorized
the acceptance of the tender of Ajax Floor and Rug
Service for the maintenance of the Pickering Township
Municipal Building at the tender price of $8,400.00;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable that the Municipality enter
into such an agreement;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute the said Agreement.
