Being a by-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute an offer of
purchase and sale between The Colonial
Homes Limited and the Township of
Pickering for the acquisition of a
right-of-way for water and storm
sewer.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an offer of purchase and sale between The Colonial
Homes Limited and the Township of Pickering for
the acquisition of a right-of-way for water and
storm sewer, Part Lot 21, Concession 1.
Read a First, Second and THird Time and PASSED in open
Council this 'i day of , 1971.
