HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3978/71THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER ....378/71 ] c 1 4S ?? . ?r " BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 30' , as amended; WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-law Number 3036, as amended; WHEREAS authority is granted under Section 30 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1960 as amended; to the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering to exercise such powers; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Towns'.aip of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: A. TEXT AMENDMENTS 1. That Section 5.19.2(e) be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: "Notwithstanding the above, the C2 designation on the south-east corner of Highway #2 and Liverpool Road, comprising some 24 acres, shall be subject to the following parking requirements: 5.5 spaces for each 1,000 sq. ft. gross leasable ground floor area; and 5 sp?.ces for each 1,000 sq. ft, gross leasable area on all other levels". B. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS 1. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby amended by altering the Public and Private Open Space Zone "02" designation in Part Lot 22 Concession 1; to real General C^rrmercinl Zone "C2" and Rural Agricultural Zone "A" as shown hatched on Schedule "A" attached hereto. 2. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby amended by altering the Rural Agricultural Zone "A" designation in Part of Lot 21, Concession 1 to read General Commercial Zone "C2" as shown hatched on Schedule "A" attaches' hereto. C. That By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law. D.
