A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to amend the
agreement between the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and the
Altona Community Co-Operative Day
Nursery.
WHEREAS by By-law 3700 passed by the Council of
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering on
the 25th day of August, 1969 the Municipality
was authorized to enter into an agreement with the
operators for the furnishing of day nursery services
and for the payment therefore by the Municipality on
the terms and conditions as set forth in the said
agreement;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to amend Clauses A & B
of Paragraph 2 of said agreement;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to sign the revised agreement.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and Passed
in open Council this day of u 1971.
