THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO: 174 qoO -73
A by-law of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering for the Municipality to take over
and assume certains streets in the East Ridge
Subdivision as Township streets under the
Township road system.
WHEREAS Invar Consultants Ltd. developed the East Ridge
Subdivision and under an agreement agreed to build the
streets to a certain standard and the construction of such
streets has been approved by the Township Engineer;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering that:
(1) The following named streets be assumed by the Township
of Pickering Road Department as of the date of the passing
of this By-Law;
1. Invar Crescent
2. Rouge Highlands Drive - Extended Portion.
As applicable to Registered Plan M 909.
