THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to amend By-law
#4331/73, being a by-law to regulate
traffic under the jurisdiction of
the Township of Pickering.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That Part 111 PARKING - (Method of Parking) Section 2
Subsection (4) Parking Restrictions on Specified Streets
be amended to include:
Column 1
Column 2 Column 3
Street From To Side Period
Sheppard Ave. Fairport Rd. White's Rd. South & North Year Round
This by-law shall not become effective until approved by the
Ministry of Transportation and Communications and until the
signs have been erected and are on display.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
