Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and residents of Rodd
Avenue for the installation of
sewer connections.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized to execute
a standard form of Agreement with the residents of Rodd
Avenue in the Township of Pickering for the installation
of service connections to their residences, the costs to
be borne by such residents and the agreement to be subject
to the approval of the Township Engineer.
2. That such Agreement be registered against title of the
individuals signing said Agreement.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and passed this 7 rX day of
