BY-LAW NUMBER 3 F S 73
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
Pickering Development Company and
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering.
WHEREAS Council has reviewed and adopted the draft form
of agreement as prepared by the Township Solicitor between
Pickering Development Company and the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering;
BE IT ENACTED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement between Pickering Development Company and the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering for a Plan of
Subdivision on Part Lots 21 and 22, Concession 1, of
the Township of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
in open Council this /9& day of ?, 1973.
