BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering, to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
1. The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five (5)
members appointed at large.
2. The following member is hereby appointed as member
for the period indicated:

3. The following shall continue as members for the
periods indicated:
David Hawthorne
A. D. Holmes
Miss Edna Green
H. Van Der Driesschen
To January 1, 1976.
To January 1, 1975
To January 1, 1974
To January 1, 1974
4. The members shall hold office until replaced by another
By-law.
5. The members shall be paid $19.00 per diem, plus 150
per mile necessarily travelled in this capacity.
6. By-law #4303/73 be and the same is hereby repealed.
7. This by-law shall become effective on date of passing.
