BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement
between the Township of Pickering
and Bulk Carriers Limited.
WHEREAS Bulk Carriers Ltd. are the purchasers of certain
lands as described in an agreement between the Palm
Drive Developments and the Township of Pickering, said
lands being in part of Township Lot 19, Concession 1;
AND WHEREAS the said agreement between the Township of
Pickering and Palm Drive Developments Ltd. requires the
purchaser to enter into a Site Plan Agreement;
AND WHEREAS Bulk Carriers Limited are the purchasers of
the said lands;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Council do now enter
into a Site Plan Agreement with Bulk Carriers Limited
and further that the Council authorize the Reeve and
Clerk to execute the said Site Plan Agreement.
