BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Planning Board.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering
that:
1. The Planning Board shall consist of seven (7) members,
consisting of two X21 members of Council and five (5)
members appointed at large.
2. The following are hereby appointed as members for the
periods as indicated:
John Blakeley to January 1, 1975
3. The following shall continue as members for th e periods
as indicated:
J. R. Williams Council to January 1, 1974
D. Kitchen council to January 1, 1974
H. Wank to January 1, 1976
B. Lowe to January 1, 1975
D. Binger to January 1, 1974
George Milburn to January 1, 1974
4. The members shall hold office until replaced by another
by-law.
5. The members shall be paid $19.00 per diem, plus 154 per
mile necessarily travelled in this capacity.
6. By-Law #4302/73 be and the same is hereby repealed.
7. This By-law shall be effective on the date of passing.
