Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Township of Pickering and
Alliance Building Corporation
Limited.
WHEREAS Alliance Building Corporation Limited are required
to enter into an agreement with the Township of Pickering
on part lot 19, Range III, B. F. Concession of the said
Township, the land so affected is described as follows:
All and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering,
in the County of Ontario and being composed of Part of
Township Lot 19, Broken Front Concession, Range 3, of the
said Township, which said parcel may be more particularly
desbribed as follows:
Premising that the easterly limit of the said Lot has an
astronomic bearing of North 17009' West and relating all
bearings herein thereto;
Commencing at a point in the interior of the said Lot which
said point may be located as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly angle of the said Lot;
thence southerly along the easterly limit of the said
lot a distance of 330.00 feet to a point therein;
Thence South 73° 03' 10" West a distance of 83.29 feet
to the site of an iron pipe;
Thence South 72° 37' 40" West a distance of 269.22
feet to an iron bar and the point of commencement;
Thence South 72° 37' 40" West a distance of 189.50 feet to an
iron bar;
Thence South 17° 22' East a distance of 230.07 feet more or less
to an iron bar planted in the Northerly limit of Dillingham Road;
Thence North 72° 38' East along the said Northerly limit of
Dillingham Road a distance of 189.50 feet to a point therein;
THENCE North 170 22' West a distance of 230.07 feet more or
less to the point of commencement.
AND WHEREAS the said agreement with Council is to be
registered against the title of the above described lands.
AND WHEREAS the said agreement will ensure that any
purchaser of the lands as described herein would have to
enter into a site plan agreement with Council prior to
issuance of any building permits;

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute the agreement dated January 8th,
1973.
