Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement
between the Township of Pickering
and Margaret Wiggins.
WHEREAS Margaret Wiggins is the purchaser of certain lands
as described in an agreement between the Township of
Pickering and Alliance Building Corporation Limited, said
lands being in part of Township Lot 19, Broken Front
Concession Range 3;
AND WHEREAS the said agreement between the Township of
Pickering and Alliance Building Corporation Limited requires
the purchaser to enter into a Site Plan Agreement;
AND WHEREAS Margaret Wiggins is the purchaser of the said
lands;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Council do now enter into
a Site Plan Agreement with Margaret Wiggins and further
that the Council authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute
the said Site Plan Agreement.
By-Law read a FIRS ?j SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED this
