A by-law to authorize execution
of an Agreement of Lease dated the
24th day of February, 1972.
WHEREAS Frenchman's Bay Yacht Club Incorporated has
entered into an Agreement with the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to lease Part of Block "S"
of Plan M-19 of the Township of Pickering,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Offer to Lease made between the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and Frenchman's Bay
Yacht Club Incorporated, dated the 24th day of
February, 1972.
