NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts as follows: 1. By-law 4158/72 is hereby amended by deleting from Section A4, Subsection 5A. 1,1 the following: ZONE USE MINIMUM NUMBER OF SPACES Corn?rcl?l ground floor - 5.5 spaces/1,000 se.ft. gross leasable area for employees and customers Other Floors - 5 spaces/1,000 sq.ft. gross leasable area for employees and customers. Commercial permitted uses Recreational & plus all places -1 apace/4 persons capacity Institutional of assembly, (staff and patrons) theatres, hospitals etc. some of which may be permitted by other zones AZd by substituting therefor the following: Commercial ground floor - 5.5 spaces/1,000 sq.ft. gross leasable area for employees and customers Other Floors - 5.5 spaces/1,000 sq.ft,. gross except basement leasable area for employees storage and customers Ccmmercial permitted uses - 1 space/4 persons capacity Recreational & plus all places (staff and patrons) Institutional of assembly, theatres, hospitals, etc. some of which may be permitted by other zones. Office - 5.0 spaces/1,000 se.ft. gross floor area,. Continued .... 2 - 2 - 2. That By-law 4158/72 be and the same is hereby amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law. G. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, But subject to such approval this By-law shall take effect from the day of passing thereof.
