being a By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law
Number 3036 of the
Township of Pickering
WHEREAS the Council of The Cor_noration of the
Township of Pickering deems it desirable to provide a
caretaker's residence on an Industrial parcel at Part
Lot 17, Concession 1 of the Township of Pickering
AND WHEREAS an Amendment to By-law 3036 is
necessary to Provide for this,
NOW THEREFORE be it, and it is hereby enacted

By-law 3036 as amended is hereby further amended by
adding thereto the following as Section 14,3 thereof,
14.3 Exemption - Part Lot 17, Concession 1.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14,1 hereof
a caretaker's residence as an extension of the existing
industrial building may be constructed and occupied on
that Par* of Lot 17, Concession 1 of the Township of
Pickering designated as M1 (Specific) on the plan
annexed hereto as Schedule "A" in addltion to the uses
set out in said Section 14.1
B, Schedule "A" Amendment
Schedule "A" of By-law 3036 as amended, be and the same
is hereby further amended by altering the zoned designation
of Ml to M1 (Specific) for the lands designated as M1 (Specific)
in Part Lot 17, Concession 1 and shown on Schedule "A"
Annexed hereto.
C, Tha` By-law 3036 be and the same is hereby amended
only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions
of this By-law.
D, No part of this By-law shall come into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municinal Board, But subject
to such approval this By-law shall take effect from the day
of passing thereof.
