being a by-law to provide for the
sale of part of Lot 18 in Range 3
of the Township of Pickering to
Michael DePrisco carrying on business
as Remis Garage.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Township of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of the lands and premises described in
the Township of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS The Corporation of the Township of Pickering
entered into agreements of purchase and sale with Michael
DePrisco carrying on business as Remis Garage to purchase the
land in Lot 18 in Range 3 of the Township of Pickering
designated as PART 1 on reference plan 40R-701 containing
1.543 acres for the sum of $13,000.00 per acre.
AND WHEREAS the said Michael DePrisco carrying on business as
Remis Garage has directed the deed be made in favour of
Mike DePrisco and Rino DePrisco as partnership property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That that part of Lot 18 in Range 3 of the Township
of Pickering as described in agreements of purchase and sale
dated March 3rd, 1972 and March 20th, 1972 be sold to
Mike DePrisco and Rine DePrisco in accordance with the terms
and conditions contained in the said agreements of purchase
and sale.
2. That the Reeve and the Clerk of the Township of
Pickering be and are hereby authorized and instructed to
execute, on behalf of The Corporation of the Township of
Pickering, a deed of the said lands to the said Mike DePrisco
and Rine DePrisco for the purpose of carrying out the said sale

and to affix thereto the Corporate seal of the Corporation.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed
in open Council this oT a day of ? ' 1972.
