THE CORPORATION OF ThE TOWriSHIP OF PICKERIAG

Being a By-law to dedicate certain
lands as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands described in Schedule ''A'r hereto
were conveyed to the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering for road widening purposes to satisfy con-
ditions as set out by the Planning Board.
AND WHEREAS it was necessary to amend By-law 3037 to
affect a rezoning of the lands owned by Comsa Holdings
Limited.
AND WHEREAS the said amendment to By-law 3037 permits
the use of the described lands (Schedule "A" attached)
within the public and private open space zone, for
educational and recreational facilities for children
including overnight accommodation;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering enacts as follows:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a
public highway.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this 15th day of May , 1972.

SCHEDULE ''A' TO BY-LAW #
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering
and County of Ontario, and being composed of part of Lot
Thirteen in the Third Concession of the said Township,
which said parcel may be more particularly described as
follows:
PREMISITIG that the bearing of the east limit of the said
Lot 13 is North 170 28' West and relating all bearings used
herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the east limit of the said Lot 13,
distant northerly therein 1,612.57 feet from the south-east
angle thereof;
THENCE North 170 28' west along the said east limit to a
point in line with a fence running westerly, a distance of
807.68 feet;
THENCE South 720 15' 30" west along the said fence to a
point of intersection with a line drawn parallel to the said
east limit and distant westerly therefrom 10.0 feet measured
at right angles; thereto a distance of 10.0 feet;
THENCE South 170 28' east along said parallel line to a
point of intersection with the fence running westerly from
the point of commencement, a distance of 807.66 feet;
THENCE North 720 20' 40" east along said fence, a distance
of 10.0 feet more or less to the point of commencement.
