Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of an agreement between the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering and Warner &
Jekabsons Limited, dated February 21, 1972.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Warner & Jekabsons
Limited, dated February 21, 1972.
READ a First, Second and THird Time and PASSED in open
Council this 21st day of February, 1972.
