Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Bell Canada
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an agreement dated the 16th day of
December 1974 between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Bell Canada with respect
to the proposed expansion of Fairport Road
Switching Station
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this A, day of December, 1974.
