BY-LAW NUMBER 3/74
Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Treasurer-Collector.
WHEREAS Section 3$2 (63) of the Municipal Act,
Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, Council
may appoint Officers of the Corporation;
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That Mr. Clarence E. Ettinger be and is hereby
appointed Treasurer-Collector for the Town of
Pickering.
(b) That the duties of the said Treasurer-Collector
shall be those defined in the Assessment Act and
the Municipal Act, as amended together with those
duties prescribed by Council.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED in
