BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Release between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Doreen Beverley
Chapman.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be authorized
to execute a Release dated the (- t6 day of October,
1975, between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Doreen Beverley Chapman with respect
to the construction of a dwelling on lands upon
which a dwelling was already located.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
open Council this day of October, 1975.
