Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of a
Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Eagle Brook Investments Limited
v&h respect to Block A of the
Lookout Point Subdivision
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute a Site Plan Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Eagle Brook Investments Limited
with respect to Block A of the Lookout Point
Subdivision.
By-law read a first and second time this
