Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Fireside Custom
Homes Limited with respect to
conditions attached to severance
granted by the Durham Land Division
Committee - Plan 40R-2255
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Fireside Custom Homes Limited dated the
30th day of April 1975, with respect to
certain conditions attached to severance granted
by the Durham Land Division Committee, more
particularly described on Reference Plan
40R-2255.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this day of At° , 1975.
