Offer to Purchase

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an Offer to Purchase
with respect to land being Part of Lot 22,
Concession 2 from Captain Devleopments Limited.
