BY-LAW NUMBER 225/75
Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
an Administrator-Clerk
WHEREAS Section 352 (63) of The Municipal Act,
Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, authorizes
the appointment of certain officers for the purpose of
the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS By-law Number 224/75 established
the position of Administrator-Clerk and authorized the
appointment of a person to the position.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council
of the Town of Pickering that:
1, Noel C. Marshall be and he is hereby
appointed Adminstrator-Clerk for the Town
of Pickering.
2. The duties of the said Administrator-Clerk
shall be those as defined in By-law Number
224/75.
3. By-laws 1/74 and 59/74 be and the same are
hereby repealed.
