Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Comsa Holdings Limited
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an agreement dated the day of
, 1975 between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Comsa Holdings
Limited with respect to the rental of the
Don Beer Sports Arena for Summer Hockey School.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this day of 1975.
