Being a by-law to exempt
certain parts of Plan M-1017
from part lot control.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering,
pursuant to Section 29, subsection 5 of The Planning Act
R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 349, as amended, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 4 of Section 29 of The Planning Act
R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 349 does not apply to the
registered lots that are described as follows:-
Registered Plan M-1017 - Lots 1 to 15 inclusive
Lots 59 to 63 inclusive
Lots 71 to 146 inclusive
Lots 155 to 168 inclusive
Lots 173 to 186 inclusive
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by
the Minister of dousing.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
this "?. day of 1975.
