Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Lot Grading Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Aubrey E. Ireland, Jr. with respect to
Lot 51, Plan 331 (LD 333/76).
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a Lot Grading Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Aubrey E. Ireland, Jr. with respect to
Lot 51, Plan 331 (LD 333/76).
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 1' ( day of j ` AAA" 1976.
