Being a By-law to repeal By-law Number
435/76 prohibiting heavy traffic on a
certain portion of the Uxbridge/Pickering
Town Line Road
WHEREAS By-law Number 435/76, prohibiting heavy traffic
on a portion of the Uxbridge/Pickering Town Line Road more
specifically referred to therein, was read a first and
second time by the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering on the 19th day of July, 1976;
AND WHEREAS the said prohibition is no longer deemed
expedient at this time;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacts as follows:
1. By-law Number 435/76 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
