A By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Planning Director
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 352, Subsection 63
authorizes the appointment of certain officers for the purpose
of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and desirable to appoint
a Planning Director;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Town of
Pickering that:
1. Carlyle W. Warner, be and is hereby appointed
Planning Director for the Town of Pickering and
shall commence his duties on November 29th 1976.
2. The duties of the said Planning Director shall
be those as defined in the pertaining job
description and from time to time by the
Administrator-Clerk.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
