Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering concerning the assumption
of lands in Lots 15, 16 and 17, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession, as a street
(McKay Road)
WHEREAS Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario has
established a water pollution control facility in the area
of Lots 15, 16 and 17, Range 3, Broken Front Concession,
thereby necessitating the laying out of new roads;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
to this By-law are hereby assumed by the Town of
Pickering for the purposes of a street to be named
McKay Road, as of the date of the passing hereof.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED

passed the 15th day of November , 1976.
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in
the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario,
and being composed of,
FIRSTLY, that part of Lot 17, Range 3, Broken Front Concession,
designated as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey of record registered
in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham
(No. 40) as No. 40R-3162; and
SECONDLY, that part of Lot 17, Range 3, Broken Front Concession,
designated as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey of record registered
in the said Office as No. 40R-2176; and
LASTLY, those parts of Lots 15 and 16, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 5 on a Plan of Survey
of record registered in the said Office as No. 40R-2576.
