Being a by-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to amend
Restricted Area By-law 187/75
which implements the Official Plan
of the Town of Pickering, District Planning
Area, Region of Durham in Part Lot 30,
Plan 509, Town of Pickering.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "B" of By-law 187/75 is hereby
amended by changing the heading of the
column "MINIMUM GROUND FLOOR/DWELLING
(Sq. Ft.)" so that it will read
"MINIMUM FLOOR AREA/DWELLING (Sq. Ft.)"
2. By-law 187/75 is amended only to the
extent necessary to give effect to the
changes noted herein.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of 1976.
