The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering a Deed or Deeds (as necessary) transferring the fee simple in the land and premises.known as Parts 1, 4 and 5, Plan 40R-3198, being part of Block M, Plan M-1057, Town of Pickering, from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Jack Jacobsen Construction Limited upon Jack Jacobsen Construction Limited entering into a satisfactory development agreement with the Corporation of the Town of Pickering for the development of Parts 2, 3 and 6, Plan 40R-3198. itl "Okk By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this IJ, day of ;,,iyw , 1976.
