Being a By-law
of a Deed (re:
WHEREAS Parts 1, 4 and

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to allow access to those Parts
on certain conditions;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacts as follows:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering a Deed or Deeds (as
necessary) transferring the fee simple in the land
and premises.known as Parts 1, 4 and 5, Plan 40R-3198,
being part of Block M, Plan M-1057, Town of Pickering,
from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to
Jack Jacobsen Construction Limited upon Jack Jacobsen
Construction Limited entering into a satisfactory
development agreement with the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering for the development of Parts 2, 3
and 6, Plan 40R-3198.
