Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Development Agreement between Sophie
Sarvanis and the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering with respect to certain
conditions relative to an amendment to
the Minister's Zoning Order - M 18/75,
Part Lot 33, Concession 2
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Development Agreement between Sophie Sarvanis
and the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
with respect to certain conditions to be fulf Med
regarding an amendment to the Minister's Zoning
Order - M 18/75, Part Lot 33, Concession 2,
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this day of 1976.
