BY-LAW NUMBER 429/76
Being a by-law to amend By-law number 266/75,
limiting the number of automobile service
stations and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section A of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 24, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
2. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to the said by-law
is amended by deleting the term "Nel's Sunoco" and by
substituting therefor the term "Harvey W. Allen,
carrying on business as Harvey's Sunoco".
3. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said by-law
is amended by adding thereto the following:
Duffus Global Leasing 1742 Bayly Street "D"
