Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 266/75,
limiting the number of Automobile Service
Stations and Public Garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section A of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is
hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 23, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
2. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said
By-law is amended by adding thereto the following:
Nel's Auto Service 933 Dillingham Road,
Unit 1
3. This By-law shall come into effect on the 1st day
of June, 1976.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 114, day of WAA 1976.
